Shipping Policy

The Gift Creative ships Australia Wide.

All of our products are made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be completed, before postage.

Your items will be delivered 1 week prior to your event date. If you order is URGENT please contact us at orders@thegiftcreative to see if we can accomodate your order. Rush orders will incur a fee. 

Orders are shipped using Australia Post, Startrack or Couriers Please, prices are a flat rate depending on your address.

Once your order has been shipped, The Gift Creative cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. Please note that The Gift Creative can not be held responsible for postage delays that occur after your order has left our care.
